General conditions of Sale
1) INTRODUCTION

The commercial relations between Achrom di Saldarelli Stefano and the customer are governed by the following general conditions of sale. Placing an online order implies full acceptance of these conditions
2) CUSTOMER TYPE
Achrom di Saldarelli Stefano sells to: natural persons, legal persons, entities, public administrations, companies, freelancers .

3) ORDERS

The bank details and the reason for making the transfer will be promptly communicated to the customer following receipt of the order, and in any case within 48 working hours.
5) CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND SENDING THE ORDER CONFIRMATION

7) MODIFICATIONS TO THE CONTRACT

8) PRICES
All prices shown on the website www.dronefly.shop are expressed in euros (VAT exemption operation pursuant to law 190 of 23/12/2014 art. 1 paragraphs from 54 to 89 and subsequent amendments - flat rate regime).
Discounts may be provided on the invoice, "discounts in kind" on own or non-proprietary merchandise for certain quantities and types of goods. Individual contractual agreements are also envisaged with particular customers for certain invoices during certain periods. Discounts are reserved for specialized dealers .
The prices shown on the website www.dronefly.shop may undergo variations due to the possible higher cost of the materials necessary for the manufacture.
9) SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are shown in the order phase on the website www.dronefly.shop in the SHOP area and are charged to the buyer. The risks for loss and / or damage to the goods once shipped by Achrom di Saldarelli Stefano are also borne by the buyer.
10) CUSTOMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by the law Legislative Decree 21.02.2014 n ° 21 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside business premises .
This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred. 11) EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, no later than 14 days from delivery, a registered letter with return receipt and all the goods purchased to the following address: Achrom di Saldarelli Stefano - Via Brunella 10 - 59011 Seano, Carmignano (PO). The costs for returning the goods to Achrom di Saldarelli Stefano are entirely borne by the customer. The items must be returned to Achrom di Saldarelli Stefano complete with any accessories, all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging), new and unused, with the original labeling. Therefore, withdrawal will not be allowed if the items have been damaged or used, if the labeling has been altered or removed or in any case if the items are not in the same condition in which they were delivered to the customer. The withdrawal is not allowed for personalized goods.
12) RETURN OF THE PRICE
In case of legitimate exercise of the right of withdrawal Achrom di Saldarelli Stefano will refund the buyer the price of the ordered goods, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by bank transfer or via PayPal (if the user has made purchases using this service). Nothing will be due if the withdrawal has been exercised after the term referred to in point 8 or if the goods have not been returned under the conditions set out in point 9.
13) COMPLAINTS

14) MEDIATION
All disputes arising between the seller and the buyer are obligatorily subject to the prior attempt of mediation pursuant to Legislative Decree 28/2010, before the Chamber of Commerce of Prato. In the event of a negative outcome of the mediation attempt, the Court of Prato will be exclusively competent for disputes where the buyer is a legal person.
15) WITHDRAWAL OF THE SUPPLIER
Achrom di Saldarelli Stefano, if he is unable to fulfill the requested order due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the ordered product, has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 30 days from the date of the order by providing the customer with a motivated communication, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 185/99, to the email address provided by the buyer when purchasing the goods. In this case, the customer will only be entitled to a refund of any sum already paid. This refund will be made by bank transfer within 48 hours following the above communication.
16) RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Upon arrival of the goods, the Customer must check the integrity and the number of packages. In case of anomaly he must sign the transport document "subject to control" highlighting the reason (eg: heavily damaged package or missing package) by sending an e-mail to: info@achrom.it within 24 hours of receiving the goods. In case of replacement for goods that do not conform to the order, the communication must always be sent to Achrom di Saldarelli Stefano, Via Brunella 10 - 59011 Seano, Carmignano (PO) , Italy, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. 17) EXCLUSIONS
Achrom di Saldarelli Stefano will not be responsible if the goods ordered and delivered to the buyer show small differences with respect to that viewed on the customer's computer. This, in fact, may depend on the browser used by the buyer, the image quality and the computer settings. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully read the description of the goods before submitting the order, as Achrom di Saldarelli Stefano will not accept the return of the goods due to these differences.
18) SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Achrom di Saldarelli Stefano complies with the laws and regulations in force concerning social responsibility. For users of the site who are minors or belonging to the weakest categories, the subjects who have parental authority or the legal responsibility of the same can make use of the right of withdrawal according to the provisions in force.
